Ledger is a personal dashboard made by Michael Kelley for his own use on his own Mac. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or supported for anyone else, and these terms do not grant anyone a right to use it.
Provided as is
Ledger is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Information it shows, such as balances, email, events, weather, and news, comes from other services and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from Ledger or from relying on anything it shows.
Other services
Ledger connects to services such as Google, whose own terms apply to their use. How Ledger handles data is described in the privacy policy.
